Job Overview

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide effective technical support to processes and clients, resolve issues directly or through timely escalation, and ensure all SLAs are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from resident service lines

  • Assist with resident lockout issues, email changes, late fee processing, card disputes, and charge reversals

  • Handle general resident concerns and issues professionally

  • Enter and maintain accurate resident data in collection systems

  • Calm and diffuse customer escalations to ensure quality service

  • Process renewals and update data in Yardi Voyager

  • Record tenant ledger adjustments (TLAs) including rent adjustments, credits, and concessions

  • Perform incident logging and route issues to relevant teams

  • Maintain daily logs and documentation

  • Support additional tasks as assigned by management

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • College Graduate or GED certificate

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

  • Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)

  • Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Technical proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Experience in Yardi Voyager or similar tools is an added advantage
