Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai
Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

Handle Non-IT recruitment end-to-end
Source candidates for Finance & Accounts roles
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
Manage hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment
Hands-on sourcing experience in Finance & Accounts
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
Immediate joiner preferred

Candidates with IT recruitment experience should not apply

Salary Details

💰 CTC: ₹1.25 – 4 Lacs Per Annum
(Salary based on experience and interview performance)

Work Details

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Work Mode: On-site (WFO)
