Job Description

Tata Capital is hiring a Relationship Manager for the Retail Sales – Housing division. This role focuses on driving sales for Home Loans and LAP products while strengthening and expanding customer relationships. You will work closely with DSAs, builders, and connector networks to grow business volumes, improve conversions, and enhance market penetration.

In this position, you will manage end-to-end sales processes—from lead generation to disbursement—while coordinating with internal teams like Credit and Operations. Additionally, you will contribute to customer retention, repeat business, and referral generation by maintaining strong client engagement.

Core Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager, you will actively drive sales numbers and ensure targets are achieved across home loan products. You will retain existing customers, develop new channel and builder relationships, and maximize business through a strong network of DSAs.
You will also ensure smooth processing of files, from login to disbursement, by closely coordinating with internal departments.

The role includes planning sales activities, guiding on-ground lead generation efforts, and supervising relationship managers whenever needed. Furthermore, you will stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory guidelines to recommend improvements in products, processes, and policies.

Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate degree
Strong communication and sales orientation
Ability to manage field relationships and meet targets
