Role: Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

Work in a non-voice KPO production environment
Process client data accurately and efficiently
Ensure daily deliverables are met as per project requirements
Maintain quality standards & follow process guidelines
Perform data entry, documentation, and verification tasks
Support team members in operational activities
Identify issues and escalate to supervisors when needed
Maintain confidentiality & integrity in all tasks

Eligibility Criteria

✔ UG/PG graduates from any stream
✔ Passing years: 2022–2025
✔ Strong verbal & written communication
✔ Good typing speed
✔ Logical & analytical thinking skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
