Roles & Responsibilities

Provide IT support, guidance, and training to end-users on IT devices, applications, and processes
Record, update, and escalate issues to the next level promptly
Assist in IT onboarding for new employees
Collaborate with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance
Identify and implement process and technology improvements
Learn and grow in various IT business areas

Eligibility & Requirements

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong customer service skills and team-player attitude
Troubleshooting knowledge for software and hardware (Windows 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, Microsoft Environment)
Ability to work independently in a diverse, global team
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify bugs and solutions
Willingness to learn and adapt in IT business areas
