  • Role: Customer Support Representative – Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls for international clients

  • Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently

  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain call quality and adhere to process guidelines

  • Document customer interactions and feedback

  • Meet performance metrics and service standards

Required Skills

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Customer handling and problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

  • Customer Support / BPO Voice experience (not mandatory)

  • Willingness to work in US night shifts

  • Positive attitude and learning mindset

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Freshers only

  • Education: Any Graduate (Arts, Science, MBA, MA, MSc, M.Com eligible)

  • Year of Passing: 2025 pass-outs can apply (Final semester result copy mandatory)

  • Not Eligible: Engineering graduates & MCA candidates
