Job Overview
Role: ICQA Research Analyst (Level 3)
Department: Research & Development
Location: Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly research on inventory quality metrics
-
Conduct data mining and analysis to detect and resolve quality defects
-
Generate and publish inventory quality reports (IRDR, HRV adjustments, Top 20 reports, unmatched X reports)
-
Manage bin operations (creation, deletion, bin locks, etc.)
-
Conduct daily training sessions and skill huddles for team improvement
-
Provide feedback to associates on performance and quality control
-
Support process associates and area managers when required
Required Skills & Experience
-
1+ year experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
-
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or customer-facing environments
-
Strong communication and data interpretation skills
-
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
-
Flexible to work in shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays
-
Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks (lifting up to 21 kg, standing for long hours)
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
-
Experience in ICQA, research, or data analytics roles
-
Exposure to process improvement and reporting in operations
