Handle inbound customer calls for international clients
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain call quality and adhere to process guidelines
Document customer interactions and feedback
Meet performance metrics and service standards

Required Skills

Mandatory Skills

Excellent communication skills in English
Customer handling and problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

Customer Support / BPO Voice experience (not mandatory)
Willingness to work in US night shifts
Positive attitude and learning mindset

Experience: Freshers only
Education: Any Graduate (Arts, Science, MBA, MA, MSc, M.Com eligible)
Year of Passing: 2025 pass-outs can apply (Final semester result copy mandatory)
