Job Overview

  • Role: OTC Collection & Dispute Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage collections for complex and high-value B2B accounts

  • Own accountability for aged receivables as per SLAs

  • Implement and remove service stops as per process

  • Review UMCC and on-account payments following ICMP guidelines

  • Identify potential write-offs and support aged debt clearance

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly debt and cash targets

  • Execute dunning processes and handover delinquent accounts to legal teams

  • Identify process improvement and system enhancement opportunities

  • Support new process implementations within the team

  • Ensure strict adherence to collection strategies and compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

  • OTC Collections (B2B)

  • Dispute Resolution & Dispute Management

  • Accounts Receivable / Collections Process

Additional Skills

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Target-driven and SLA-oriented approach

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in OTC Collections (Required)

  • Education: Any Graduate (B.Com / MBA – Finance Preferred)

  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners or ≤ 15 days only

  • Shift Flexibility: Willing to work night shifts
