Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface between Amazon and delivery partners

Identify and troubleshoot delivery partner issues efficiently

Communicate clearly and professionally with delivery partners and stakeholders

Escalate sensitive cases using the defined escalation matrix

Maintain and exceed performance and productivity metrics

Analyze trends and suggest process improvements using logical reasoning

Provide prompt and effective service to support logistics operations

Manage time effectively while handling multiple cases
Required Skills & Experience

Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university

0–6 years of work experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong problem-solving and comprehension skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer

Proficient typing and email handling skills

Ability to navigate websites and logistics systems efficiently
Preferred Qualifications

Logistics or supply chain background

Experience in a similar transportation or operations role

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience handling delivery partner or customer coordination
