Job Description

Tata Capital is seeking motivated Customer Service professionals to drive sales and maintain strong client relationships within the housing finance segment. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will actively engage with prospective customers, pre-screen client segments as per organizational norms, and oversee the process from login to disbursement.

In this position, you will also identify target areas for business development, execute sales promotion activities, and promote Tata Capital’s brand presence. By proactively understanding customer needs, you will cross-sell multiple products, ensuring client retention and repeat business. Additionally, you will collaborate with vendors, build strong distribution channels, and develop new business avenues to expand market reach. Compliance with Audit and RBI regulations will also be a key responsibility to maintain process integrity and quality standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a graduate degree in any discipline and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong orientation toward customer service, sales, and relationship management is essential.
