Qualification: Graduation / Undergraduate

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer support calls

  • Resolve customer queries related to e-commerce services

  • Communicate effectively in Tamil language

  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

  • Work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs

Language & Skill Requirements

  • Mandatory: Tamil (Read, Speak)

  • Average English communication skills

  • Basic customer handling skills

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts

System Requirements

  • Laptop with i5 / Ryzen processor or above

  • Minimum 10+ GB RAM

  • Windows 10 Pro / 11 OS

  • Broadband internet with 30 MBPS speed

  • Government laptops are not eligible

Salary Details

Freshers (2022–2025 Passed Out – NATS/NAPS Scheme):

  • ₹11,700 Take Home

  • No ESI & PF benefits

Experienced Candidates (6+ Months Experience with Documents):

  • ₹14,000 Take Home

  • Eligible for ESI & PF benefits

Interview Details

  • Interview Mode: Online (Google Meet)

  • Interview Timing: 10 AM – 6 PM

  • Interview Rounds:

    1. HR Round

    2. OPS Round

    3. Trainer Round
