An excellent opportunity for finance professionals to work as a Senior Analyst – Asset Servicing, handling bonds, private deals, corporate actions, and reconciliations across global financial markets.

Job Overview

  • Role: Senior Analyst – Asset Servicing

  • Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore

  • Shift Time: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM

  • Posting Start Date: 02/05/2025

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on processing of asset servicing activities including bond paydowns, interest, and corporate actions (mandatory & voluntary)

  • Use Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and DTC for trade tickets, accrued interest, and corporate actions verification

  • Review deal documents, private bond structures, and waterfall payments

  • Daily reconciliation of cash and positions across funds using DUCO

  • Update and manage transactions in Geneva

  • Coordinate with agents, custodians, and internal teams to resolve exceptions

  • Escalate unresolved cash and position breaks to managers and onshore teams

  • Review incorrect P&L changes including realized, unrealized, FX P&L, accrued interest

  • Create SOPs and participate in training programs

  • Support UAT, system integrations, and global projects

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of Private Deals and Bonds

  • Experience using Geneva for capital activities, bond paydowns, and interest processing

  • Reconciliation experience using DUCO or similar platforms

  • Understanding of bond trade lifecycle and private placements

  • Knowledge of Bloomberg, Refinitiv, DTC

  • Awareness of Agent Banks, Trustees, and Custodians

  • Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Process & Client Support Responsibilities

  • Manage transactions as per quality and SLA standards

  • Handle client requests via calls and emails

  • Document and track issues, resolutions, and trends

  • Maintain internal knowledge bases and self-help documents

  • Escalate critical issues to team leaders

  • Ensure compliance with service agreements and disclosures

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and troubleshooting support

  • Performance Parameters

  • Process compliance and SLA adherence

  • Number of cases resolved per day

  • Customer feedback and pulse scores

  • Productivity, efficiency, and training completion
