Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for banking processes

  • Provide accurate information related to banking services

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality

  • Follow process guidelines and compliance standards

  • Maintain call logs and customer interaction records

  • Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets

Required Skills

Mandatory Skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Banking Process knowledge (training provided)

  • Voice Process handling

Additional Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills

  • Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts

  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Freshers & up to 1 year experience

  • Education: Any UG / PG degree

  • Backlogs: Candidates with backlogs are eligible

  • Eligible Degrees:
    BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, MBA, MA, M.Sc, M.Com (2025 pass-outs eligible)

  • Not Eligible:
    B.E / B.Tech / Engineering / MCA / M.Sc CS / M.Sc IT
