Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live video calls with third-party sellers for identity verification
- Review and verify seller identity documents during live calls
- Confirm ownership and authenticity of submitted documents
- Assess document legitimacy using online verification tools
- Assist sellers in completing the verification process smoothly
- Act as an Amazon brand ambassador during seller interactions
- Maintain professionalism and composure during live video sessions
- Identify and minimize fraud risks and suspicious patterns
- Follow SOPs, policies, and quality standards consistently
- Achieve weekly productivity and quality targets
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and additional assignments
