Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between Amazon and Delivery Partners
Communicate clearly and professionally with delivery partners and internal teams
Identify and troubleshoot delivery partner issues
Handle sensitive cases and escalate as per defined escalation matrix
Ensure timely resolution of logistics and transportation issues
Maintain and exceed performance metrics and SLAs
Analyze trends using logical reasoning and suggest process improvements
Provide prompt and efficient support to customers and delivery partners
Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking skills
Work independently as well as in a team environment

Eligibility & Qualifications

Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university
Freshers and experienced candidates (0–6 years) can apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good comprehension and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases
Logistics background is an added advantage

Technical & Functional Skills

MS Outlook, Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer
Proficiency in Excel
Good typing speed
Ability to navigate websites and email tools efficiently
Understanding of logistics and transportation processes
