Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year (Experienced candidates only)
- Industry: Baking / Food & Beverage
- Age Limit: 18 – 30 years
- Gender: Both Male & Female
- Language: Basic English (Tamil preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Handle order placement, pickups, and coordination with kitchen staff
- Assist in plating, packaging, and presentation of cakes
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, displays, and stock organization
- Handle POS billing, payments, and order tracking
- Coordinate cake delivery orders with delivery partners
- Capture customer feedback and report service issues
- Support promotions, sampling events, and peak-hour operations
Skills Required
- Food and beverage knowledge
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic hygiene and food safety standards
- POS billing and order management familiarity

Work Schedule
- Full-time
- 6 days a week
