BE – Mechanical Engineering

Experience Required

8 – 10 Years in Production
Strong exposure to manufacturing floor operations

Key Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities
Manage manpower and machine utilization
Ensure production targets are met on time
Monitor quality standards and workflow
Coordinate with design and production teams
Handle shop-floor issues and reporting

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in Production Operations
Excellent knowledge in Sheet Metal Manufacturing
Ability to manage machines and workforce
Problem-solving & leadership skills
