Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with customers regarding project updates
Handle payment follow-ups & collections
Manage legal documentation & agreements
Coordinate property registration process
Maintain customer records & documentation
Ensure smooth communication between customers, legal team & management
Follow up on pending documents and payments

Required Skills

Excellent communication & coordination skills
Strong customer handling experience
Knowledge of real estate documentation
Payment follow-up & negotiation skills
Legal drafting & registration knowledge (preferred)
Good follow-up and reporting ability
Preferred Experience Areas

CRM: 3 Years (Preferred)
