Position Details

  • Job Title: IT Recruiter
  • Department: Human Resources / Recruitment
  • Location: Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
  • Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time
  • Work Mode: In-Office

Salary Details

  • ₹10,000 – ₹2,40,000 per month
    (Salary based on experience, performance & recruitment targets)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
  • Handle mass mailing and maintain candidate databases
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage client relationships and understand hiring requirements
  • Create and publish job postings on job portals & social platforms
  • Source candidates using job portals and LinkedIn
  • Engage with candidates through professional networking platforms
  • Ensure timely closures and recruitment reporting

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring
  • Knowledge of mass mailing tools & job portals
  • Strong interview coordination & client-handling skills
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing & social recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environmen
  • Eligibility Criteria
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Experience:
    • Recruiting: Minimum 1 year (Preferred)
    • IT Recruitment experience is mandatory
