JOB OVERVIEW
- Role: TNPSC Course Coordinator
- Department: TNPSC Coaching
- Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Work Location: In-person
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and manage TNPSC coaching programs at all levels
- Design study plans, timetables, revision schedules, and mentorship modules
- Guide students with TNPSC exam strategies, answer-writing techniques, and subject-wise preparation
- Oversee question paper setting, content development, and test evaluation
- Track student performance and maintain academic progress reports
- Coordinate with faculty teams to ensure consistent teaching quality and syllabus completion
- Monitor daily TNPSC department operations and academic workflows
- Address student academic queries and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Contribute to mock test planning, model exams, and performance analytics
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience in TNPSC coaching, subject handling, or student mentoring
- In-depth knowledge of TNPSC syllabus, exam pattern, and Tamil Nadu administration
- Familiarity with current affairs relevant to TNPSC exams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to manage faculty teams and student groups effectively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates who have appeared for or cleared TNPSC Group I / II / IV exams
- TET / CTET qualification (additional advantage)
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in TNPSC or competitive exam coaching
- Candidates from Madurai or nearby districts preferred
- Willingness to work full-time from Thirumangalam (Madurai) office
- Passion for mentoring government job aspirants
