Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment for various departments
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration / related field
✔ 1–3 years experience in Non-IT recruitment
✔ Immediate joiners or within 15 days preferred
✔ Willingness to work from office
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Time management & multitasking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Basic HR documentation knowledge
Salary & Benefits
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (₹15,000 – ₹20,000 take-home)
