Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified IT consultants for US clients
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for W2, C2C, and 1099 candidates
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking efficiently
- Utilize job portals and platforms such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn
- Negotiate rates and compensation packages with candidates
- Prepare quality resumes for client submission
- Coach and prepare candidates for client interviews
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships for future opportunities
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
✔ Minimum 7+ years’ experience in US Staffing / IT Recruitment
✔ Excellent written and oral communication skills
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Familiarity with W2, Corp 2 Corp, 1099 hiring
✔ Chennai / Noida-based candidates preferred
Skills Required
- Expertise in US IT recruitment
- Strong experience in sourcing via LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder
- Negotiation and offer management skills
- Screening and shortlisting candidates for technical roles
- Excellent resume preparation and candidate interview coaching
- Ability to work night shifts (PST)
- Independent, proactive, and multitasking abilities
