Key Responsibilities

📞 Lead Verification

  • Call newly generated leads from social media, portals, referrals, and events
  • Verify customer details and buying intent
  • Understand requirements (budget, location, property type)
  • Qualify leads and update CRM

🗣 Customer Communication

  • Explain project details such as pricing, amenities, and location
  • Handle customer queries professionally and build rapport
  • Share brochures, videos, and Google location links

🏘 Site Visit Coordination

  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed site visits
  • Schedule appointments with customers and sales executives
  • Send SMS/WhatsApp confirmations and reminders
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth site visits

🔁 Follow-Up Management

  • Regular follow-ups with warm leads
  • Nurture cold leads using offers and project updates
  • Maintain a structured follow-up process

📊 Reporting

  • Maintain call logs and follow-up records
  • Track lead → site visit → booking conversions
  • Share daily & weekly performance reports

Eligibility Criteria

✔ 3–10 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Service
✔ Experience in Real Estate pre-sales is an advantage
✔ Comfortable working from office (Coimbatore)
✔ Strong interest in sales and customer interaction

Skills Required

  • Good communication in Tamil & English
  • Strong persuasion and listening skills
  • Ability to handle objections confidently
  • Basic computer knowledge & CRM usage
