Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹20,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

Operate VMC / VTL / CNC machines as per daily production requirements
Perform setup, tooling, fixture adjustments
Load & unload workpieces
Monitor machine cycles and report issues
Interpret CNC programs (Fanuc / Siemens / Others)
Make offset adjustments and basic corrections
Assist in simple program editing if required
Read engineering drawings & blueprints
Inspect finished components using:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Height Gauges
- Bore Gauges
- CMM (if applicable)
Ensure parts meet dimensional & surface accuracy
Perform preventive maintenance
Maintain 5S workplace standards
Follow safety protocols strictly

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Male candidates only
✔ Age: 18 – 35 years
✔ Education: Diploma preferred
✔ Experience: 0–3 years (2022–2025 passouts eligible)
✔ Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Chennai
✔ Ability to relocate if needed (relocation assistance available)
