Job Overview

Role: Growth Team Intern
Location: Chennai – RMZ Millenia Business Park – II
Type: Internship (2 months) → Full-time opportunity based on performance
Experience Required: Fresher / 0–2 years
Shift: General Shift
Week Off: Sunday
Laptop: Own Laptop Mandatory

Internship Type: Paid
Full-time Offer: Only for top performers after assessments

Key Responsibilities

Call, email, and WhatsApp leads to introduce Twin Health services
Build quick rapport and understand customer needs
Present solutions confidently and assist in conversions
Maintain accurate CRM entries and track engagements
Collect prospect data to support sales pipeline development
Resolve queries with patience and professionalism

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any degree
Freshers or 0–2 years experience
Excellent communication in English + Hindi (mandatory)
Additional regional language is a bonus
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
Fast learner with a self-driven and energetic personality
Team player with a strong growth mindset
