Role: Azure/AWS DevOps Engineer – Analyst
Department: Support Services
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: 24/7
Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers encouraged)
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day Azure/AWS operations and cloud configurations
Assist with user access requests and account management
Shadow troubleshooting activities for cloud issues
Participate in deployment processes and team meetings
Maintain documentation for cloud operations and runbooks
Follow checklists for daily monitoring of cloud services
Learn and practice DevOps basics, CI/CD, and version control
Attend training sessions and seek mentorship actively
Report problems or unusual findings promptly

Required Skills & Experience

Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts
Interest in learning Azure or AWS cloud platforms
Enthusiasm for technology and following instructions
Clear written and spoken English communication
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Knowledge of security auditing policies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications

Any exposure to cloud platforms, scripting, or projects
Freshers highly encouraged to apply
