Job Overview

Role: Back Office Operations
Department: Customer Success, Service & Operations
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Hyderabad / WFO Only

Key Responsibilities

• Deep dive into cardholder accounts to validate chargeback claims
• Support sellers with dispute-related queries
• Log, classify, and process dispute/chargeback cases
• Review customer, seller, and transaction evidence
• Approve/reject reversal requests after verification
• Prepare evidence packets for representments and reversals
• Escalate high-risk cases and maintain documentation
• Use automated workflows to improve accuracy

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-1 years in dispute management, chargebacks, or risk operations
• Strong verbal & written communication
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured processes
• Technologically savvy
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Fresher with good communication skills
• Flexible with Night Shift
