Role Summary
As an Analyst Trainee, you will be aligned to one of the following practices based on your credentials and performance during the hiring process:

You will support technical operations, manage service requests, maintain systems, and contribute to business-critical IT functions. This role provides hands-on experience in IT Service Management, cloud environments, analytics tools, and enterprise-level operations.
Key Responsibilities
โข Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and develop stored procedures
โข Prepare and execute test cases and scripts for validation
โข Analyze and resolve service tickets following standard procedures
โข Maintain and monitor production environments
โข Provide technical support for cloud, network, database, and collaboration systems
โข Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime
โข Ensure adherence to customer security and compliance requirements
โข Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
โข Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base records
โข Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
For IT & Integrated Smart Operations:
โข 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc โ Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics)
โข Minimum 60% throughout academics (X, XII, Diploma, UG)
โข No rounding off (59.9% not allowed)
โข No arrears at the time of joining
For Multicloud & Digital Workplace Services:
โข Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.)
โข Minimum 50% in academics
โข No standing arrears
Experience Required
โข Freshers (2024 or 2025 graduates only)
Additional Requirements
โข Willingness to relocate anywhere in India
โข Flexible to work in shifts (including 24/7 environment if required)
โข Open to Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India
โข Strong academic consistency required
