Role Summary
As an AI Solutions Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business requirements and AI-powered workflow implementation. The role focuses on understanding customer processes, translating operational requirements into structured workflows, and deploying AI-driven automation solutions using internal platforms.
You will collaborate closely with business teams, product teams, and engineering teams to ensure workflows are accurate, scalable, and aligned with customer objectives. This position combines business analysis, structured problem-solving, and AI implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate customer business requirements into structured workflow specifications
• Utilize internal AI tools to generate workflow logic and automation solutions
• Validate workflows from design through testing and production deployment
• Monitor workflow performance and ensure operational efficiency
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for workflow improvements
• Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of AI solutions
• Track key performance indicators and measure business impact
• Communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Computer Science or related field preferred)
Experience Required
• 0–2 years of professional experience (including internships)
• Freshers eligible
Additional Requirements
• Strong academic background (candidates from premier institutes preferred)
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
