Role Summary
As a Trainee QA Analyst, you will work within a technical team to support software development and quality assurance initiatives. The role focuses on learning system workflows, participating in testing activities, and contributing to live projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
You will gain exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, quality standards, and project documentation while building technical expertise in a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements and support system configuration and development tasks
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and identifying software defects
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain project documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines
• Contribute to testing activities ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Suggest improvements to optimize processes and workflows
• Maintain productivity levels while ensuring accuracy and quality
• Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and domain expertise
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science (2025 batch only)
• Minimum 80% marks or CGPA of 8.0 and above
Experience Required
• 0–1 years of experience (Freshers eligible)
• Exposure to software development or testing preferred
Additional Requirements
• Formal certification in at least one of the following:

Java

Python

React.js
-
DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, etc.)

Software Testing (Manual or Automated)
• Basic knowledge of SDLC process
• Willingness to work extended hours during critical situations
Skills Required
Technical Skills
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of software testing principles
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (as certified)
• Basic database and clinical domain knowledge (preferred)
