Role Summary
The HR Manager will play a strategic role in building and strengthening the company’s people practices. The role involves overseeing HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. As a key partner to leadership, the HR Manager will help shape organizational culture, improve workforce effectiveness, and ensure smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Develop HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and workforce planning

Design and execute structured onboarding and induction programs

Oversee employee lifecycle management from joining to exit

Implement and manage performance management systems and KPIs
-
Identify training needs and support leadership development initiatives
-
Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and grievance handling
-
Ensure statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR audits

Implement HR-MIS systems and track HR metrics and analytics
-
Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:

MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience Required:
-
Minimum 1 year of HR experience

Preferred: 5–7 years of relevant HR experience
Additional Requirements:

Experience in HR compliance, PMS, and organizational development
-
Prior experience managing HR teams preferred

Exposure to real estate or growth-stage companies is an advantage
