Role Summary
The Software Developer and DevOps Engineer will be part of HPE’s DevOps team, focusing on building scalable automation solutions and improving continuous integration, deployment, and testing systems. The role involves close collaboration with engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain high-performance software and automation pipelines. This position offers significant exposure to enterprise-grade systems, modern DevOps practices, and large-scale infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Python-based shared libraries used in automation pipelines

Design and implement scalable automation solutions for build, deployment, and testing

Apply best practices for continuous integration and continuous testing

Support engineering teams by debugging and maintaining automation tools

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment scripts, and package management systems

Document processes, workflows, and best practices with attention to detail

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment

Perform critical analysis and troubleshooting under time-sensitive conditions
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software development or DevOps roles

Proven experience as a software engineer
