Your Role & Responsibilities
🏗 Engineering Leadership
Lead and manage high-performing software engineering teams delivering scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
🌐 Platform & Architecture Development
Build and evolve multi-tier web services supporting retail domains such as:

Order Management

In-store Pricing Intelligence

Shopper Receipts & Refunds

Merchant Experience Platforms
🔁 End-to-End Software Lifecycle
Ensure excellence across the full development lifecycle including:

Coding standards

Code reviews

Source control

Build & deployment

Testing & certification
-
Live-site operations
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Product Managers and Program Managers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Your Profile – Skills & Qualifications
✔ Basic Qualifications

2+ years of engineering team management experience
-
7+ years of hands-on engineering experience
-
8+ years of experience designing and developing multi-tier web services
-
Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and network development lifecycle practices
-
Experience collaborating with product or program management teams

Ability to communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and senior leadership

Experience recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing software engineers
