Role Description

As a Business Analyst at frog, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes, and support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives across banking, insurance, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Analyse current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
Support development and implementation of digital solutions
Work on systems including core banking, insurance platforms, CRM, and analytics tools
Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions

Required Skills & Profile

Strong understanding of banking products and insurance processes
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI / Tableau
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
