Key Responsibilities

Drive sortation and line haul infrastructure in the region
Identify and develop new transportation routes
Define transportation processes from FC to delivery stations
Ensure adequate manpower during peak delivery periods
Manage performance appraisals of station supervisors
Mentor teams for efficient and scalable operations
Improve throughput and delivery performance consistently
Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks
Implement process control and improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean)

A Day in the Life

Make real-time decisions in live operations
Handle field teams and resolve on-ground challenges
Monitor performance metrics and delivery SLAs
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma tools

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of employee and performance management experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Ability to handle physical demands during operations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in logistics or courier industry
Knowledge of performance metrics and process improvement
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
Strong people management and operational leadership skills
