Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end healthcare operations and administration
Assist in hospital and outpatient clinic operational activities
Coordinate documentation for global healthcare applications
Process electronic submissions including CMC, amendments, SPL, and annual reports
Support healthcare management functions such as budgeting, quality assurance, and patient services
Follow standard guidelines to resolve routine operational tasks
Work closely with team members and supervisors
Contribute as an individual team member with defined responsibilities
Support digital transformation initiatives in healthcare operations
Work in rotational shifts if required

Required Skills & Experience

Basic understanding of healthcare or life sciences operations
Ability to manage and process documentation accurately
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to follow defined processes and guidelines

Preferred Qualifications
