Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer support calls for E-commerce process
Resolve customer queries efficiently in Malayalam language
Maintain quality and productivity standards
Work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
Ensure compliance with process and company guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

Malayalam language proficiency (mandatory)
Average English communication skills
Basic customer handling skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible

System Requirements

Laptop with i5 / Ryzen or above processor
Minimum 10+ GB RAM
Windows 10 / 10 Pro / 11 / 11 Pro
Broadband internet connection with 30 Mbps speed
Government laptops are not eligible

Salary Details

Freshers: ₹13,900 Take Home
Experienced (6+ months): ₹15,700 Take Home
