Role: Business Analyst (BFSI Domain)
Department: Data Science & Analytics
Location: Chennai (Primary), Coimbatore, Vellore
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Experience Required: 6–9 Years

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document business requirements for insurance products and processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives
Support core system transformation and digital platform modernization initiatives
Bridge business and technical teams by understanding data models, APIs, and workflows
Support automation, AI, and data-driven insurance implementations
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure SDLC best practices
Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and wireframes
Work with global delivery teams across multiple locations

Required Skills & Experience

BFSI domain expertise with focus on Indian insurance
Strong knowledge of claims, underwriting, and regulatory processes
Agile/Scrum and end-to-end SDLC experience
Requirement gathering and stakeholder management
Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
Experience: 6–9 Years

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to core insurance systems and policy administration platforms
Experience in digital transformation or modernization projects
Knowledge of automation, AI, or data-driven insurance solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
