Role: Production Specialist L1
Department: Production, Manufacturing & Engineering
Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Provide effective technical and process support to meet defined SLAs
Manage transactions as per quality and compliance standards
Handle incoming client queries via phone and email professionally
Document customer details, issues, and resolution steps accurately
Track, record, and resolve incidents using designated systems
Follow standard operating procedures for issue resolution
Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and self-help documents
Analyze call and query logs to identify recurring trends
Escalate critical issues to team leaders when required
Ensure compliance with service agreements and disclosures
Deliver high-quality customer service through effective troubleshooting
Assist customers in navigating product features and menus
Conduct follow-ups and scheduled callbacks to ensure resolution
Participate in ongoing product and process training programs
Collaborate with team leaders to improve service quality and efficiency

Experience: 1–3 Years
