Key Responsibilities

Drive improvements in product quality and reduce customer rejections

Ensure quality output from manufacturing lines

Track and close quality issues from internal processes and customer returns

Coordinate with Supplier Quality teams on part defects and RMA/RTV
-
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA processes
-
Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and EHS standards
-
Handle equipment calibration activities and coordination with agencies
-
Create and release Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
-
Train production line operators on quality standards
-
Define incoming acceptance plans for parts
-
Engage with customers to drive product quality improvements
-
Work on Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives
-
Attend line breakdowns and minimize production downtime
