Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, architect, and deliver VLSI and hardware-based products, while enabling delivery teams to achieve high client satisfaction through robust, scalable, and cost-effective hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define product requirements and design VLSI & hardware devices
Architect end-to-end VLSI flow including design, DFT, and verification
Select optimal hardware components through cost-benefit analysis
Develop scalable and reliable product architectures
Debug and resolve complex hardware implementation issues
Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new product ideas
Monitor and optimize performance, cost, and design efficiency
Provide technical leadership across design, development, and delivery teams
Support RFP solutioning and customer architecture discussions
Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams
Maintain product roadmaps and drive continuous improvements
Mentor junior architects, developers, and engineers
Contribute to Wipro’s thought leadership via whitepapers, blogs, and forums

Eligibility & Qualifications

BE / BTech in VLSI, Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering fields
8–10 years of experience in hardware architecture and VLSI
Strong knowledge of DFT, verification, and hardware product lifecycle
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
