Role Purpose
The DevOps Engineer will act as a Site Reliability Engineer, ensuring system reliability, automating manual tasks, handling production support, and improving operational efficiency across distributed platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Provide production support and system monitoring
Handle critical incidents with extended support when required
Work collaboratively with development teams to identify manual tasks
Automate routine operational and deployment activities
Act as an SRE to improve system reliability and uptime
Troubleshoot issues across large-scale distributed systems
Manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
Support multiple stakeholders and make urgent decisions when needed
Analyze logs, metrics, and alerts for proactive issue resolution
Continuously improve system performance and scalability
Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
Experience with scripting, pipeline management, and software design
Ability to troubleshoot and automate operational tasks
Experience working in high-pressure production environments
Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
