Job Overview
Role: Analyst – Fund Finance
Department: Institutional Finance (Buy Side)
Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years
Education: Postgraduate in Finance

Role Purpose
The Analyst role focuses on providing operational and reporting support for Blackstone Real Estate Finance – Asia. The role involves internal reporting, liquidity tracking, fund monitoring, and coordination with global stakeholders across Asia and New York.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Fund Finance teams in Singapore and New York
Coordinate with stakeholders from Finance, Deal, AM, and Global Fund Finance teams
Prepare internal BX reports for senior management on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Track liquidity positions of Asia funds to ensure capital availability
Monitor public securities, fund guarantees, and drawdown summaries
Track in-pipeline investments and calculate acquisition fees
Maintain and track available capital across Asia funds
Prepare LP investor reports on monthly and quarterly basis
Use financial systems such as iLEVEL, Dealpath, Anaplan, and Sigma
Support technology initiatives and ad-hoc finance projects
Ensure SLA adherence and reporting accuracy for senior leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
Postgraduate degree with specialization in Finance
1.5 – 2.5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail due to senior management reporting
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of automation and power tools is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to summarize complex financial data efficiently
Comfort working in a global, fast-paced environment
