Shift Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue new and renewal certificates for commercial line clients
  • Read and interpret data as per policy guidelines
  • Operate agency management systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools
  • Compare insurance data accurately
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and internal teams
  • Maintain and manage electronic data efficiently

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask using MS Word & Excel
  • Data entry, transcription, and data maintenance skills
  • Ability to evaluate information against defined standards
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Graduate / Relevant Qualification
  • Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers can apply)
  • Language Required: English
