Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Screen candidates through resume analysis, phone screening, and interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and US clients to understand job requirements
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Negotiate compensation, benefits, and contract terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements
- Update and manage candidate data in ATS and CRM systems
- Stay updated on US immigration and work authorization types (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, etc.)
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Meet recruitment targets and close positions within deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ 4–8+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
✔ Strong knowledge of US hiring practices & IT technologies
✔ Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Experience working in night shifts (US time zone)
✔ Familiarity with ATS & CRM tools
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced recruitment environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with staffing agencies or direct US clients
- Knowledge of VMS (Vendor Management Systems)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
