Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage UPSC coaching programs for Prelims, Mains, and Interview
- Design structured study plans, timetables, revision schedules, and mentorship modules
- Guide students on UPSC preparation strategies and answer-writing techniques
- Oversee question paper setting, test series, evaluation, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with faculty to ensure syllabus completion and teaching consistency
- Monitor daily academic operations of the UPSC department
- Address student academic queries and mentoring needs
- Contribute to mock exams, model tests, and performance analytics
Eligibility & Mandatory Qualifications
- Must have qualified UPSC Civil Services Mains Examination
- Must have attended UPSC Interview at least once
- Strong understanding of UPSC syllabus, exam pattern, optional subjects, and current affairs
- Prior experience in mentoring UPSC aspirants or working in a UPSC coaching institute
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in UPSC coaching, mentoring, or academic coordination
- Candidates from Madurai or nearby districts preferred
- Strong passion for Civil Services mentoring
- Willingness to work full-time from Thirumangalam, Madurai office
