Key Responsibilities
-
Design, develop, validate, and support automated testing solutions
-
Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into system specifications
-
Contribute to project estimation and system design activities
-
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca
-
Write detailed test cases and test scenarios based on requirements
-
Ensure adherence to quality processes and testing standards
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery goals
-
Support clients in their digital transformation initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Computer Applications
-
3–8 years of experience in automated testing
-
Strong hands-on experience with Tosca Automation and Tosca Testsuite
-
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
-
Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into test cases
-
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with performance engineering concepts
-
Knowledge of quality estimation techniques
-
Understanding of software architecture and design principles
-
Awareness of latest testing tools, technologies, and trends

Strong collaboration and communication skills
