- Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

- Salary: ₹5 – ₹5.5 Lakhs per annum
- Preferred Candidate Type: Primarily female candidates (as per company requirement)
- CGPA Requirement: Minimum 7 CGPA across academics
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication is mandatory

- Degree: B.Tech / B.E
- Branches:
Computer Science / CSE / IT
Electrical or other Electrical-related branches
- Year of Graduation: 2024, 2025
- Genders: All (Preference for female candidates as per company requirement)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot system, application, and platform-related issues
- Analyze logs, resolve errors, and ensure smooth product performance
- Work closely with technical teams for escalations and complex issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

- Prior experience in technical support or application support roles
- Exposure to enterprise platforms or backend systems
