Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support through chat-based interactions

Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve support tickets

Operate within hyperscaler cloud environments

Support Google and Microsoft products

Use ticketing tools and follow ITIL-based processes

Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience

B2 Level proficiency in communication (mandatory)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prior chat support experience with good typing skills

Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment

1–5 years of relevant technical support experience
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in infrastructure, storage, or service desk roles

Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments

Experience with ticketing tools and ITIL practices

Google Workspace Administrator or Microsoft certifications
